The arm strumming and it's sleeve don't line up though, the sleeve is going back but the arm goes straight down. I salute you for not tracing though. That completely ruins any learning that could have been done D:

As far as Henterly goes, he surprises me constantly with how inconsistent he is. One minute he'll be denouncing how easy it is for illustrators to cheat and just copy things directly, how much easier computers make it. And then he'll be advising us to take shortcuts and trace things
His principles are either very flexible or downright illogical
